What is Our Refund Policy?

Initiation:

• The refund will be initiated upon either: Successful return pick-up.
• The returned item reaching us and passing the quality check.
• Failing the quality check, the product will be sent back to the customer and we won't initiate a refund.

Processing Time:
The refund will take 5-7 working days to be processed after initiation.
